Has Pakistan done so because the Government of Pakistan itself was involved in Nuclear proliferation?

What about nuclear scientists of other countries … ???
He was a nuclear scientist working in the best interests of his country and maybe himself.
Perhaps we should look a bit closer to home and see how much “blood” our scientists and military have had in wars abroad selling the latest chemical weapons and other awful stuff to people like Saddam Hussain. Or all those scientist developing newer and more lethal weaponry to pulverise the Palestinians and ensuring Israels monopoly in the Middle East.
How about that? look at yourselves in the mirror maybe?
